Hi there, I am a veteran sewer of 70 years. I make clothes for both the 18 inch, and 14.5 inch dolls and sell on either Etsy or at craft sales. I sort of stumbled onto your site, and have been spending time on it this week. It all started with the winter nightgown, and since I had trouble figuring it out I went to the video. Although it has not helped me understand the steps yet, I have really gotten a few nice little hints on how to do things a bit easier.
What a very good site for new sewers. I like that you are always able to get access to the patterns and videos. I will gladly suggest this site to anyone who wants to learn.
I do find that the site is more easy to use on my computer than Ipad.

    • Hi Janice, thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear that you have picked up some helpful hints in my videos and I appreciate that you will suggest my site to anyone who wants to learn. I must admit, I find everything easier on my computer than my iPad 🙂 If you have Facebook, you may also like to join my Sew and Share group. Happy sewing 🙂

Thank you for publishing this series. I have many patterns for 18 inch doll clothes I used to sew for my nieces and I was wondering how to size them for Wellie Wishers dolls. You have saved me the work with your blog and I will be checking back frequently.

Thank you for sharing the resizing tips. It was so expensive to buy a pattern in both sizes. This has already saved me a lot of time, frustration and money. Can’t wait for the wedding one.

    • So glad you found this blog post helpful Laura. The Wedding Dress resizing instructions are now available in Part 4. Would love to see some photos of your resized outfits if you get the chance. 🙂
