When people come to visit, they often ask me how I manage to keep my sewing/work room so tidy and organised. This is the room where I design my doll clothes patterns, do the filming that supports my patterns, as well as sew and store all the doll clothes and materials for my other online business so it HAS to be tidy and organised!
I have put together a quick film that shows you a couple of things in my work room that I simply couldn’t live without. They are both super easy to put in place and play a huge part in keeping my room tidy and operating efficiently. The best part is, you probably have everything you need lying around at home. Remember, in my second tip you can use just about any small plastic or cardboard container you have available.Read More

This can cause problems when making doll clothes for them because the clothes will be tight on some dolls and lose on others. While making clothes to sell through my website Rosie’s Dolls Clothes , I needed to ensure they fit the varying sizes of the American Girl Dolls and so came up with a solution that has worked brilliantly over the years and I am constantly being told my doll clothes fit perfectly.
